GiftsForYou.Biz Site - Main Page Streamline
Just a quick note to let you know that the main GiftsForYou.Biz page has been streamlined a bit.
- The "Meet the Owner" link has been moved to the "About Us" page.
- Both the "iWatchDog" and "ChildSafe" links have been moved to the "Privacy" page.
- The "Internet Safety/Kids" link has also been moved to the "Privacy" page.
In addition, the partner pages have also been streamlined. The "Top Link List" for each page has been removed, so that visitors can concentrate on the information within the pages, especially the main link page.
Hopefully these changes will enhance the site. And as always, please feel free to submit your feedback via the "Crystal Community" page.

Default Sort Order Change
Just a quick note to let you know that the default sort order has changed from "Price - Low to High" to "Date - Recent to Oldest). This way, you'll be seeing the newest products up front. But you can always change this back to sorting by price using the sort dropdown feature at the top of each products page.

The New Arrivals for February 2005 are in. There are 118 of them, and all but three are in stock. Best news is, they fill a variety of categories.

Pricing Update
All prices have been adjusted to accommodate each product's associated units. That is, if an item is sold in a set of 3, the price will reflect the cost per "Set". For example, item 35064 is "$4.95 SET 6". Other units are DZ for Dozen, EA for Each, PK for Pack, and BX for box. There might even be a few others.
In addition to the new pricing format, you might also see some pricing adjustments. Some products had a lift while others came down in price. How many went up or down is difficult to gauge because at the same time, quite a few products became Bulk. So even if a price went down for an individual item, if its now being sold in bulk, the price will have gone up because there are multiples. Coming soon, all the bulk items will be categorized into their own menu item, such as "Bulk - Incense".

Donations were great this year! Especially for the default foundation: Susan G Komen Breast Cancer Foundation
This year, the foundation with the lowest donation amount has been made the default foundation, and so will most likely receive the most at the end of this year. This is the first year for the revolving foundation method, and it will cycle like this each year. The current default foundation is: National Breast Cancer Foundation
Another new addition to the Donations process, is the $10 minimum for each foundation. Because most customers accept the default foundation (it's certainly a difficult list to pick from ... they're all such beneficial organizations), some of the other foundations sometimes yield some very low numbers. In light of this, instead of only donating $1.37, for example, GiftsForYou.Biz will add the difference so that it rounds up to an even $10.
