Meet the Owner -- Keith D Commiskey
I was born and raised in Northern California, and have been hard at learning nearly my entire life (yes, only "nearly", I wouldn't quite consider teething learning). After serving nearly 7 years in the military, I went to work full time for an engineering firm. Full time in this sense meant 7 days per week, an average of 14-16 hours per day, for 6 years. I then branched out into my self-taught profession, 3-D modeling and computer animation. These skills gradually carried me over into the realm of the web (World Wide Web, that is). I successfully integrated my graphic and myriad other abilities into programming web pages, circa 1995.
By that time, now pursuing both acquired dreams, and in moving to Texas in 1998, I began striving to not only progress my abilities, but also the quality of living in general (I got a life).
Staying the web development course, I began GiftsForYou.Biz in the summer of 2002. Prior to the time I began promoting GiftsForYou.Biz, I was also striving to continue procuring the computer animation company that I established in 1995, Animation Design Group. However, I decided to leave that in the past. Hopefully I will think of something new to fill it's place.
I look forward to the future publishing of my poetry book, entitled, Secresity (which is sounded out similar to Secret City). A few of my poems have already been published; one in the "American Poetry Anthology" and two others in "Best New Poets of ..." volumes. Perhaps I will have it completed within a 2-3 years, but although all the poems are written and copyrighted, there is still a lot of work to be done to make it "complete" for its online debut.
